THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION. THIS CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT 0001 TO PROVIDE QUESTION AND ANSWER NO. 1 AND TO REMOVE THE FOLLOWING FROM PARAGRAPH 6 "Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered.” 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number is N3220522Q2150 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). 3. It is anticipated one firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued in response to this Full and Open RFQ. No commercial financing. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. 4. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 22 April 2023. Delivery and acceptance will occur at MSC BATS San Diego, 9284 Balboa Ave. San Diego, CA 92123. 5.
