Each vessel shall have minimum capacity (measured in square feet) of 132,914 square feet of cargo from the cargo list and a minimum laden speed of 15 knots. The place/range of delivery is Beaumont, TX and the place/range of redelivery is Corpus Christi, TX. Laydays commence and cancel 06 and/or 08 November 2021, with offerors to offer for dates available. Where a successful offeror offers more than one layday, the Government will select the layday upon award. The period of performance will be for 45 days for each awarded charter. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
