Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Onsan, Korea); and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Yokohama, Japan). The laydays commence 26 September and cancel 28 September 2021, and the charter period will be 90 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
