Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Singapore, Singapore (BP Singapore Vopak Bayan Terminal), and the intended discharging port/place is Coco Guam. The laydays commence 10 October and cancel 11 October 2021, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on review of previous procurements and knowledge of the current chartering market. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
