The place/range of delivery is Japan/Korea Range and port in charterer's option (Intentions Yokosuka,Japan). The place of redelivery is Japan/Korea Range and port in charterer's option. The laydays commence 05 October and cancel 06 October 2021, with a period of performance of 60 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
