Place of Contract Performance: The intended place/range of delivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions St. Theodore, Greece); and the intended place/range of redelivery is the Mediterranean Sea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Rota, Spain). The laydays commence 06 October and cancel 08 October 2021, and the period of performance will be 45 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
