Contract Place of Performance: The place/range of delivery is Japan/Korea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Ulsan, Korea) and the place/range of redelivery is Japan/Korea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option. The laydays commence 09 August and cancel 11 August 2021, and the period of performance will be 45 days with one 30-day option. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
