Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading ports/places are St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal), and Rota Spain and the intended discharging ports/places are Killingholme, UK; Rota Spain; and Souda Bay, Crete. The laydays commence 18 July and cancel 20 July 2021, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
