Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port is Salalah, Oman and the intended discharging port is Fujairah, UAE. The laydays commence 26 July and cancel 27 July 2021, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside of the U.S. and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
