Each vessel shall have minimum capacity (measured in square feet) of 85,000 square feet of cargo and a minimum laden speed of 15 knots. The place/range of delivery is Beaumont, TX and the place/range of redelivery is Corpus Christi, TX. The laydays commence and cancel on 12, 15, and / or 18 June 2021; Offerors to offer for dates available. Where a successful offeror offers more than one layday, the Government will select the layday upon award. The period of performance will be 53-days for each chartered vessel. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this assessment.
