Description: This requirement is for one clean, approved, U.S. or foreign-flagged, double-hull tanker with Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBTs), capable of carrying a minimum of 40,000 bbls of clean petroleum products (intentions JP5, F76, and/or JA1) within the vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is Japan/Korea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Yokosuka, Japan); and the place/range of redelivery is Japan/Korea, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option. The laydays commence 31 May and cancel 02 June 2021, and the charter period will be 120 days with one 60-day option period. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
