Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is St. Theodore, Greece (MOH Terminal)); and the intended discharging ports/places are Souda Bay, Crete; Augusta Bay, Italy; and Gaeta, Italy. The laydays commence 14 May and cancel 15 May 2021, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
