Place of Contract Performance: The intended period of performance will be one voyage from Sitra, Bahrain to Jebel Ali, UAE; Fujairah, UAE; Doraleh, Djibouti; and Diego Garcia. Laydays commence 24 April and cancel 25 April 2021. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
