Description: Request one, U.S. flag vessel, capable of carrying a minimum of six 20ft. ISO containers comprised of hazardous material (Class 7 and Class 8), while satisfying cargo compatibility and segregation requirements. Barges or integrated tug and barges are not acceptable for this movement due to the nature of the cargo. 17. The place/range of delivery is Berth 13 at Yokosuka, Japan and place/range of redelivery is Bremerton, WA (USA). The laydays commence 13 April and cancel 16 April 2021, and the charter period is for 24 days. 18. Set-aside Status: Total Small Business Set-aside. The decision to release this solicitation as a total small business set-aside is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service.
