Military Sealift Command is seeking eligible businesses for the Midterm Availability (MTA) on the USNS SUPPLY (T-AOE 6) commencing on or about 30 June 2021. The USNS SUPPLY has a length of 745 Ft, a Beam of 156 Ft, a Draft of 30 Ft, and is 40,000 tons. Work to be performed at East Coast or Gulf Coast. Major work items will include: Annual Firefighting, Bi- Annual ship wide Gage/test equipment Calibration, Steering pump overhaul, Fairlead Controller Overhaul, Life Raft certification, Port/STBD Stern Tube MX9 Seal Replacement. Estimated issue date of this solicitation is on/about 8 Mar 2021. After issuance, solicitation may be obtained on the BetaSam website. All Small businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Certified HUBZone and Certified 8(a) Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will determine whether a set-aside acquisition in lieu of full and open competition is in the Government’s best interest.
