Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port/place is Texas City, TX (USA) (BWC-NUSTAR Terminal, Dock 15) and the intended discharging ports/places are Killingholme, UK and Akrotiri, Cyprus. The laydays commence 03 April and cancel 10 April 2021, and the period of performance will be one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on review of previous procurements and knowledge of the current chartering market. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
