Contract Place of Performance: The place/range of delivery is is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Akasaki, Japan) and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Yokohama, Japan). The laydays commence 14 August and cancel 16 August 2021, and the period of performance will be 25 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
