Military Sealift Command (MSC Norfolk) has a requirement for the USNS JOSHUA HUMPHREYS (T-AO 188) FY 21 Mid-Term Availability (MTA). Please see attached Solicitation and supporting documents. AMENDMENTS: Solicitation Amendment 0001: 1. To incorporate RFCs 001, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 012, and 018. 2. Updated WI Index as a result of RFCs 001, 006, 007, and 012 (added WIs 0128 and 1007, and deleted WI 601). 3. Extended RFC submission deadline to 5PM, 13 January2021, EST, and the request for pictures deadline to 5PM, 06 January 2021, EST, as response to RFC 008. Please see attached Amendment 0001 for additional details. Solicitation Amendment 0002: 1. Incorporated RFCs 002, 009, 013, 014, 025, 026, and 039. 2. Solicitation proposal submission due date was extended until 5PM 05 February 2021. 3. Removed Work Items 0128, 0501, 0503, 0505, 0510, 0529, and 0538. 4. Added new Work Items 0123, 0509, 0511, 0524, 0613, 0903, and 1007. 5. Updated Work Items 0021, 0103, 0108, 0109, and 0211. 6. Updated Work Item Index and J-2.
