The vessel will serve as a training platform to facilitate compliant boarding exercises in Southeast Asia. The laydays commence/cancel on 13 August 2021. Place of Contract Performance: Manila Bay or a designated anchorage in the Manila Bay area. Set-aside Status: The decision to release this solicitation as Unrestricted is based on responses received from a recent sources sought notice for this service. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
