This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is N3220521Q2172 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Military Sealift Command intends to award one firm-fixed price purchase order in response to this RFQ for the procurement of BLASTRAC NA Inc. materials listed in the attached combined synopsis/solicitation for the USNS ZEUS (T ARC 7). No commercial financing. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 04 March 2021.
