This item describes technical services for an Air Conditioning and Refrigeration tech rep to support FCT Walk through, Mock Trial and Final Contract Trials (FCTs), onboard the USNS NEWPORT. The period of performance will be 8 – 12 March 2021 for FCT walk through, 29 March – 02 April 2021 for FCT Mock Trial and 18 – 23 April 2021 for FCT Test with INSURV. See attached solicitation for SOW. Adding ROM Requirements: If contractors are traveling via commercial air and not by personal vehicle, a 14-day ROM (reduction of movement) will be required in the Virginia Beach area. The new due date for quotes will be Tuesday 9 March 2021 at 10 AM EST. See attached Work Item 028 for ROM requirement.
