Request for Information (RFI) Advertising and Recruitment Services The Government is seeking information on capable and qualified companies to meet the following requirement. Military Sealift Command (MSC) Civil Service Mariner (CIVMAR) Manpower and Personnel requires contract services to fulfill the Recruitment, Advertising, CIVMAR Support Center, Acquire To Hire (A2H) process, cadet shipping program application process, promote, coordinate, and attend MSC’s national and international recruitment events (job fairs, outreach visits, Seafarer Days, etc.), produce an effective and efficient marketing strategy to promote MSC and reach the potential workforce as the employer of choice for seagoing and ashore jobs. The Government intends to issue a sole source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor pending the results of this RFI. Respondents are encouraged to provide any feedback regarding industry’s ability to ramp up and meet the Government’s requirement for seamless service continuation under the subject requirement as described in the PWS included in this announcement. Specifically, the government is seeking feedback about: Industry’s ability to provide a fully staffed team, meeting all professional and clearance requirements and hire, or transfer, and train personnel through the phase-in period in order to fulfill the required services by the required start date of 01 December 2022. However, due consideration will be given to all feedback and any feedback received may be used to revise the requirements.
