Justification and Approval to increase the shared ceiling amount on Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts N3220521D4105 to MAN Energy Solutions Middle East, LLC (MAN) and N3220521D4106 to Fairbanks Morse Defense (FMD). Shared ceiling was increased by $163M from $170M to $333M. Place of performance and delivery is within the Continental United States and territories (CONUS) as well as outside of the contintental United States (OCONUS).
