This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number is N3220520Q4076 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-05 Effective 03/30/2020 located on https://www.acquisition.gov 4. MSC NORFOLK will issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for SPERRE name materials listed in the above table. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. See attached combined synopsis/solicitation for part number, description, quantity, and unit of issue. 5. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 4/30/2020. Delivery and acceptance will occur at Military Sealift Command, Gilbert St., Bldg W-143, DW-10, Norfolk, VA, 23511. 6.
