Military Sealift Command Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Notice Information The USNS PATUXENT has an urgent bona-fide need for the services of an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Siemens Industry Inc. authorized technical representative to conduct system troubleshooting, repairs and testing of the port Power Take Off (PTO) generator, cabinet and control system. The period of performance is to be 20 February 2020 through 24 February 2020 in Norfolk, VA. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 3.
