MSC NORFOLK will issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for Survitec Zodiac brand name materials. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are required. Any offer for other than OEM parts will not be considered. See attached Combined/Synopsis Solicitation for part numbers, description, quantity, unit of issue, clauses and instruction for submitting a quote. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 06 July 2020. Delivery and acceptance will occur at MSC BATS Warehouse 9284 Balboa Ave, San Diego, CA 92123.
