This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. MSC NORFOLK will issue a Firm Fixed-Price Purchase Order for the procurement of the materials listed above manufactured as per Drawings 582-8613977. Deviations from the drawings ARE NOT authorized. Any offer for other than materials as per Drawings 582-8613977 will not be considered. 8. The required delivery is FOB Destination and acceptance date is 06 July 2020.
