This posting constitutes the Military Sealift Command's (MSC) notice of an intent to award, on a sole source basis, a Purchase Order to L3 Technologies, Inc. 90 Nemco Way, Ayer, MA to provide groom and test the engine room control system. All work shall be completed by 24 August 2019. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1. The applicable NAICS Code is 811310 and the size standard of $7,500,000. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all quotes received within 5 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
