THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quotes and no contract or purchase order will be awarded from this notice. There is no solicitation, specifications or drawings available at this time. Military Sealift Command Norfolk has a requirement for the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) for design, build, installation support, and testing of a commercial grade Integrated Bridge System (IBS) including associated upgrades and rearrangement of the Wheelhouse and related spaces. The place of performance for installation will be at a shipyard on the West Coast. Please provide a response demonstrating your firm's experience in performing similar work. This procurement will be solicited under NAICS Code 334511, Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, which has a size standard of 1,250 employees. Indicate if your company is a large or small business, and if a small business, indicate if you fall within any of the further classifications (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) Please provide your response to this sources sought notice by 8:00 AM Norfolk, VA time on 25 July 2019.
