The USNS PATUXENT has an urgent bona-fide need for the services of a qualified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Asea Brown-Boveri (ABB) Tech Rep. to inspect and overhaul the outboard exhaust gas turbochargers for the Port main propulsion diesel engine. The period of performance is to be 12 August 2019 through 16 August 2019 at Naval Station Norfolk Virginia. This is not a notice of intent; however sources may submit a quotation and technical capabilities, which, if received, shall be considered by MSC. All responses must be submitted to the Government point of contact at the email address; heather.east@navy.mil. A determination by the Governmant not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
