Military Sealift Command intends to award a brand name firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of Trident Maritime Systems, LLC brand name materials in support of USNS HERSHEL WILLIAMS. The statutory authority for this procurement is as implemented in 10.U.S.C. 2304(c)(2), Unusual and Compelling Urgency, as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 6.302-2 and FAR Part 13.
