Military Sealift Command intends to award a Brand Name firm fixed price contract for the procurement of Survitec materials in support of the USNS HERSHEL WILLIAMS. The required delivery and acceptance date is 25 October 2019. Delivery and acceptance is MSC W143 Warehouse 1968 Gilbert Street DWY 10, Norfolk, VA 23511.
