This is not a solicitation or request for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this notice. The Military Sealift Command has a sole source requirement, with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) SUBCOM, for Cable Splicing Equipment for the USNS ZEUS (T-ARC 7). The required delivery date for the material is May 01, 2019. The required material includes, but is not limited to, MJ Dynamic Jointing Frame, MJ Fusion Machine S200, MJ Fusion Machine Accessory Kit, MJ Mold Lifting Jack and MJ 80 Ton Press. After issuance, solicitation and supporting documents will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fbo.gov/. This requirement will be solicited as a sole source to SUBCOM. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is on or about 01 March 2019. Upon issuance, the solicitation and supporting documentation will be posted at FEDBIZOPS (https://www.fbo.gov). All requests must provide DUN & Bradstreet number and Cage Code. The appropriate NAICS Code is 335921. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from this potential source as a result of synopsis.
