VESSEL SHALL ALSO SUPPORT UNDERWAY ORDNANCE HANDLING EXPERIMENTS, AND BE CAPABLE OF INSTALLING THE SUBMARINE RESCUE DIVING RECOMPRESSION SYSTEM (SRDRS) TO MEET SUBMARINE RESCUE REQUIREMENTS AS AN SRDRS VESSEL OF OPPORTUNITY (VOO). 2. SCOPE OF WORK: THE OSV SHALL SERVE AS HOST TO A MAXIMUM OF 45 SPONSOR PERSONNEL. OSV MUST BE ABLE TO STORE, TRANSPORT, AND DISTRIBUTE SUPPLIES/CARGO AT SEA AND ASHORE. THE VESSEL WILL PROVIDE UNDERWAY AND PIER-SIDE FLEET SUPPORT FOR GENERAL LOGISTICS/ SUBMARINE RESCUE AND DIVE OPERATIONS AND TRAINING WHICH INCLUDES SURFACE-SUPPLIED DIVER OPERATIONS/TRAINING, SUBMARINE RESCUE AND DYNAMIC POSITIONING (DP) TRAINING ON A CONTINUOUS 24-HOUR BASIS IN THE ASSIGNED AREA OF OPERATIONS. THE VESSEL SHALL BE PREPARED TO SUPPORT ROUTINE AND EMERGENT SALVAGE MISSIONS, CARRY SMALL BOATS AND A CERTIFIED HYPERBARIC CHAMBER PER US COAST GUARD AND US NAVY REQUIREMENTS, PROVIDE HYPERBARIC CHAMBER SERVICES FOR EMERGENCIES AND ROUTINE DECOMPRESSION OPERATIONS, REPLENISHMENT/MINOR MAINTENANCE SUPPORT, AND PERSONNEL SUPPORT.
