The location of the range shall be within 50 miles of Norfolk Naval Station Building SP312. Amendment 1 of the Combined Synopsis Solicitation: (a) Response date changed from 9 March 2020 to 11 March 2020 (b) Section a has been amended with: The contractor shall also have available upon request four (4) M-16/AR15 rifles. All rifles shall have military type slings. Amendement 2 of the Combined Synopsis Solicitation: Changed from needing one range and classroom to needing two ranges and two classrooms to enable social distancing of students and instructors.
