The solicitation will be for the time charter of one U.S. Flag, Jones Act Compliant, Anchor Handling Towing and Supply (AHTS) vessel to support Fleet Towing, Diving and Salvage operations, submarine rescue, and training exercises. The contract will have a base period of one year and three (3) one-year options and one final 11-month option.
