Description: The requirement is for up to two U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining vessels capable of carrying cargo under scenarios #1 or #2 described as follows: SCENARIO 1: Carrying a minimum of 56,025 sqft of military cargo, the intended period of performance is one voyage from Alexandropolis, Greece to Jacksonville, FL (USA), with a required load date of 23 March 2021 and latest arrival date of 01 May 2021. The layday commences and cancels 22 March 2021. SCENARIO 2: Carrying a minimum of 164,951 sqft of military cargo, the intended period of performance is one voyage from Rotterdam, Netherlands to Jacksonville, FL (USA), with a required load date of 06 April 2021 and latest arrival date of 01 May 2021.
