Place of Contract Performance: The intended loading port is Texas City, TX (Intentions NUSTAR Terminal, Dock 15) and the intended discharging port is Killingholme, UK and Akrotiri, Cyprus. The laydays commence 26 February and cancel 27 February 2021, and the period of performance will be one voyage. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
