Description: Request one U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining combination container/ breakbulk vessel with hydraulic rolling or pontoon hatches, and the capability to lift containerized cargo, refrigerated containers, flat racks, breakbulk, and rolling stock to support military Diego Garcia sustainment. The vessel will be used to transport military cargo in the Far East. The vessel must have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots, a minimum operating range of 8000 nautical miles, and a maximum draft shall not exceed 35 feet. 17. The place/range of delivery and redelivery is the Singapore, the layday commences and cancels 07 March 2021, and the charter period will be 29 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as Unrestricted is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service.
