Description: One, U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining, lift-on/lift-off vessel, with sufficient lashing points to stow cargo in accordance with the Aircraft Lifting and Tie Down Plan which is available upon request. Offerors shall provide one crane operator for ship’s crane for the duration of loading port. The laydays, commencing and cancelling within a two-day window, shall be proposed by the offeror, such that the available load date of 23 February 2021, in Norfolk, VA (USA) and the latest arrival date of 08 March 2021, in Rota, Spain are met. 17.
