Description: One U.S. Flag, Jones Act eligible, RO/RO vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 23,698 square feet of military cargo (including eight (8) MV-22 aircraft, helicopters, and wheeled vehicles). Vessel must have NAVAIR certification for eight MV-22 aircraft. Vessel must be fitted with a quarter or slewing stern ramp. Straight stern ramp vessels will not meet this requirement due to mooring/port limitations. Commencing and cancelling laydays to be proposed by the offerors consistent with available load date of 21 December 2020 and latest arrival date of 06 January 2021. 17.
