Description: Request one, U.S. or foreign flag, RO/RO or RO/CON vessel capable of carrying a minimum of 20 ammunition TEUs and 5,500 square feet of military cargo (including containers and military vehicles) while satisfying all applicable regulatory HAZMAT segregation and compatibility requirements. Vessel must be capable of 13 knots minimum when laden, and have a ramp capable of off-loading rolling stock to wharf that is 15 feet above mean low water. 17. The place/range of delivery is the Eastern Mediterranean vicinity, and place/range of redelivery is the Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point, NC (USA). The layday commences and cancels 02 January 2021, and the charter period will be 21 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as Unrestricted is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service.
