The amended solicitation will give contractors the opportunity to address all issues and provide a Final Proposal Revision (FPR) by 17 May 1:00PM 2021 Eastern Standard Time. The amended solicitation will only allow contractors that provided initial proposals and that were in the competitive range to provide a FPR. Furthermore, the amended solicitation allows MSC to tie FPR’s directly to the solicitation, and the contractor will acknowledge the amended solicitation by signing the amended solicitation that will be posted and submit the signed solicitation with the FPR.
