The place/range of delivery is the Yokosuka, Japan and the place/range of redelivery is the Yokosuka, Japan. The laydays commence 21 November and cancel 23 November 2020, and the period of performance will be 120 days with one 60-day option. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative has concurred with this decision.
