THIS IS A LIMITED SOURCE PROCUREMENT. The Government will negotiate on a limited source basis with the OEM(s) and authorized providers for the engines covered by this requirement, utilizing the authority for other than full and open competition located at FAR 6.302-1. RESPONSES FROM NON-OEM ENTITIES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires a range of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and technical services to maintain the fleet's diesel engines contained within multiple MSC classes of ships.
