Description: Request one, clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double-hull tanker, with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 310,000 bbls of clean product (intentions F76) within vessel’s natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation 17. Place of Performance: The intended loading port/place is Sitra, Bahrain; and the intended discharging port/place is Jebel Ali, UAE; Fujairah, UAE; Salalah, Oman; and Doraleh, Djibouti. The laydays commence 29 January and cancel 30 January 2021 and the period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
