Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery and redelivery is the Western Pacific / Sea of Japan, Range and Port in Charterer’s Option (Intentions Akasaki, Japan). The laydays commence 02 April and cancel 04 April 2021, and the charter period is 47 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
