The place/range of delivery is Western Pacific Ocean Range in charterer’s option (Intentions Singapore, SGP) and the place/range of redelivery is Western Pacific Ocean Range / Sea of Japan Range in Chop (Intentions Yokohama, JPN). The laydays commence 02 November and cancel 04 November 2020, and the period of performance will be 90 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
