Place of Performance: The intended loading port/place is Houston, TX; and the intended discharging ports/places are Charleston, SC; Port Everglades, FL; and Tampa, FL, all in the USA. The laydays commence 10 September and cancel 11 September 2020, and the period of performance will be one voyage. 18. Set-aside Status: 100% Small Business Set-aside. The decision to release this solicitation as a Total Small Business Set-aside is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service. MSC’s Deputy Associate Director of Small Business has concurred with this decision.
