Vessel shall have a minimum capacity (measured in square feet) of 126,603 square feet of cargo from the cargo list. Further, the vessel shall have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots while laden. The place/range of delivery is Ash Shuaiba, Kuwait and the place/range of redelivery is Charleston, SC (USA). The layday commences and cancels 10 October 2020, and the period of performance is 36 days. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as “Unrestricted” is based on responses received from a recent market survey for this service.
